Housing
& Architecture
3D
architecture is creeping into modern culture, through tv shows such
as The Million Pound Property Experiment. We offer such a service, for
interior design work, whilst also producing 3D models of entire properties.
The first house shown below is due for construction later next year,
whilst the second aimed to give the client a few ideas about a proposed
property. In the first example, the visualisation helped the vendor
decide which style of bay window they wanted for their attic and also
their preferred window alignment on the first floor (as illustrated
in the images below). These models can be as detailed as you like, ranging
from just the outside of the building, through to a fully furnished
house.
They
can help you visualise a layout more easily and get a feel for a property
- something you can't do from a 2D drawing. Furthermore, in many cases
a 3D model makes it easier to forsee problems which an architects sketches
might not pick up.
