We
own and maintain a number of houses around the Durham area,
which are rented on both an ongoing and a term-time basis.
All
properties are available to both students and those looking
for longer term accommodation.
If
you are an undergraduate seeking accommodation for the coming
academic year, you are advised to make enquiries as soon as
possible as many students have signed contracts by January
for the following September. The multiple tenancy properties
(4-5 beds) in the city, tend to go very quickly.
